Charleston Jewish Federation's Natanya Miller to Speak with AMHS Students Monday (1/29)

On Monday, January 29 in the Lecture Hall, the AMHS chapter of Rho Kappa has invited Natanya Miller, M.Ed., the Director of Educational Initiatives with the Charleston Jewish Federation to speak to the students about the tenets of religious freedom during colonial times in Charleston, SC and how it led to the creation to parts of the U.S. Constitution among other topics. The breakdown is as follows:

  • 12:30-1:00 --10th grade: Religious Freedom
  • 1:10-2:00 -- All grades: Judaism 101
  • 2:00 -2:30 -- 12th grade: Free speech discussion
This is an open and optional event for our students to attend.
