2023-2024 WES Registration plans for K - 5th grade

This form is for ALL students who currently attend or plan on attending WES next school year.

Registration Planning Form

We are working to determine the number of students who will enroll in each grade level next year (K-5th). This will help us to account for staffing needs. Please help by indicating your intentions for next year.

The Childhood Development program (CD/4K) registration is a separate process. Please visit www.ccsdschools.com to apply for the CD program for WES.

The platform for the online registration system will open the last week in April. For those new to our school, you will be able to fully register and upload the necessary documents at that time.

Parents of returning students: You must re-register your student for the upcoming school year in your parent portal. If you have not created your parent portal, please reach out to stacey_newton@charleston.k12.sc.us to receive the necessary information to create your account. You may also visit the Registration Page on our website for the links to the portal.
