CCSD Pre-K Application Window Open!
Application process for CCSD’s Early Learning programs opens January 24
Charleston County School District (CCSD) will start accepting Pre-K/Child Development (Pre-Kindergarten) applications, Head Start, and Early Head Start programs for the 2023-2024 school year on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at noon. Children who enroll in these programs attend at no cost to the family.
In CCSD’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs, children receive services from birth to three years old. Pregnant women receive services through center-based and home-based programs. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funds both of these programs.
