Students and teachers at Jane Edwards Elementary celebrated Read Across America Week with various dress-up days and activities that encouraged reading.

Monday--Reading Takes You Places--Students dressed up in their favorite college shirts or colors.

Tuesday--Read to Succeed--Students dressed up like what they want to be when they grow up.

Wednesday--Reading Gives You Superpowers--Students dressed up as superheroes.

Teacher and students dressed as superheroes.

Thursday--Books Can Be Your Friend--Students dressed up as twins (or even triplets).

Friday--Cozy Up with a Good Book--Students dressed in pajamas and were allowed to bring stuffed animals and blankets to have with them during Drop Everything and Read.
