Green Heart Project - "Pay What You Can" Farm Stand August 27

Join the school and our partner The Green Heart Project at our weekly pay what you can Farm Stand, at the Urban Farm at Enston Home (currently under construction). Due to COVID- 19 this Farm Stand currently consists of pre-packed 10 lb. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce bags, and some Green Heart merch! Produce bags are a combination of #GreenHeartGrown fruits & veggies that are harvested, packed and distributed by our paid high school interns, and other local & seasonal produce.

Pre-order your produce bags by Wednesday end of day, and come pick up from the Farm Stand (& meet our interns) on Thursday evenings between 3:30 & 6:30pm. *Note: We will have a limited number of bags available for walk-ups AND we've added an a la carte option, where you can pick & choose produce to purchase (still at a pay what you can rate).

Why is the Farm Stand "pay what you can?" While payment is not required, there is a suggested price of $30 per CSA bag. You are invited to pay more if you can (proceeds directly support The Green Heart Project), and less if you can't. Why? The Green Heart Project believes healthy food should be available to everyone, regardless of your ability to pay. Lastly, you may purchase a "pay it forward" CSA bag to pay for someone else's bag, who can't afford to pay full price.
