Dear Families, 

We are committed to transparency with all curricular materials; as such, we have worked over the summer to develop resources for teachers to make ELA materials more accessible, give guidance for handling potentially sensitive materials, and increase communication for families.  

Families can expect a letter from their children’s teachers ahead of each ELA module explaining the learning that will take place and listing texts that will be used.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact your child’s teacher or principal.
