Lucy Beckham High School captured the South Carolina High School League AAAA state championship in girls' tennis in convincing fashion on November 4, 2023, sweeping Greenville in the finals, 6-0. This is the Bengals' third state championship in four years in the sport.

Beckham's victory in the state finals completed a perfect 21-0 record on the season.
