The Emergency Rental Assistance program makes available funding from the U.S. Department of Treasury to assist households that are unable to pay rent and utilities due to a financial hardship that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible renters and landlords in Charleston County are able to apply – find out if you’re eligible by going to the Renter or Landlord Application.
