Parents,
In order for you to help us get information about your student(s)’ absence or your need to pick them up early, please use this C. E. Williams Attendance/Early Out Form.  

• Note that attendance is taken each period.  If your child is late and misses homeroom, then they are absent for homeroom. And if they leave early and miss any period(s), they are absent for that class or classes.
• Absence calls are automated and may be received, even if your student is present but arrived tardy.
• All absences require a written excuse sent to the office the day of the student’s return.
