Staff members from Angel Oak Elementary School hosted a Multilingual Family Fair on March 24, 2022, with support from the district's Office of Translation and Interpretation Services and ESOL Department.

Based on feedback from parents through surveys, the school created this event to provide families with reading and math materials they could use at home with their students, technology help (including assistance with the Parent Portal and PowerSchool), essential items (food and clothing), and how to get involved with the schools.

The fair helped school staff establish and build relationships with the families, and showcase how they and district offices are in place to help every family at Angel Oak.
