Wando earns honor for top yearbook in the state for third consecutive year

For the first time in school history, Wando High School’s yearbook, Legend, won the South Carolina Scholastic Press Association’s (SCSPA) Best Yearbook in the state honor for the third year in a row.

Brunilda Mejias is the bridge of connection at Lambs Elementary School

When Brunilda Mejias came to the United States from Venezuela five years ago she was aware of the possible difficulties she might face trying to gain employment. Fortunately, she teamed up with a friend and started a small cleaning business that grew to be quite successful.
