Universal Prek

CCSD is planning to expand Universal Pre-K in the Park Circle area at North Charleston Elementary beginning in the 2027-2028 school year. To create space for additional 3K and 4K classrooms, the district is considering attendance line adjustments that could impact several North Charleston schools.

The presentation below provides information about the proposed early learning expansion, rezoning options, and potential impacts to the schools in the Park Circle area.
