The Back-to-School Hotline for Charleston County School District (CCSD) returns next week ahead of the first day of the 2026-2027 school year. CCSD staff members will answer calls from families and provide assistance and information to help them prepare for the new school year.

Lowcountry Literacy

CCSD is making its most significant investment to date in evidence-based reading instruction. The district is expanding its partnership with the Lowcountry Literacy Project (LLP) to equip and support 126 additional educators during the 2026–2027 school year.
