WE LOVE OUR TEACHERS AND STAFF!
JICHS PARTNERS WITH FETTER HEALTH CARE TO OFFER VACCINE FOR STUDENTS
JICHS has partnered with Fetter Health Care to create an opportunity for students ages 16 and older to receive the COVID vaccine at school with consent from parents. We would like to encourage our families to take advantage of this opportunity, as it can significantly decrease the amount of face-to-face instruction time lost due to positive cases and having to quarantine due to exposure.
Students will be receiving the Pfizer vaccine which requires two doses. Vaccines will be administered on May 13 (dose 1) and June 3 (dose 2). Parents are asked to complete the attached survey to help us prepare for staffing needs and available vaccine doses. If applicable, consent forms must be returned to the school clinic no later than Thursday, May 6th.
If you have any questions about the Pfizer vaccine, please visit the Center for Disease Control’s website. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please contact the school clinic if you have any questions at (843) 406-4090.
