The Transfer Application process is managed by the CCSD Office of School Choice, a division of the Office of Accountability. Important Considerations

As you review the CCSD Neighborhood Schools included in the Transfer Application Process, please keep the following in mind:

• Availability: While all neighborhood schools are included in the process, the final placement is subject to building capacity and grade-level enrollment. Some schools may have limited space or no availability for the upcoming year.

• The Lottery & Waitlists: A lottery will be conducted for all eligible applicants for each school, and in instances where the number of eligible students exceeds the number of available seats, students who are not initially seated through the lottery will be placed on a waitlist in the order determined by the random lottery process.

• Policy Compliance: All transfers are processed in accordance with established school board policies to ensure fairness and consistency across the district.
