We are excited to welcome your family to Whitesides Elementary School! The Whitesides family will provide the highest quality of education through a challenging curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment that builds leadership skills, develops an appreciation for diversity and promotes individual creativity. Our goal is to engage students in a program of academic excellence that will prepare them to be independent, responsible citizens in our community.
Schedule & EligibilityFull day pre-k/child development (CD) - 7:25 am - 2:05 pm.
Kindergarten - 7:25 am to 2:15 pm.
Grades 1-5 - 7:25 am - 2:25 pm.
Students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1 to be eligible for pre-k/child development.*
Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1 to enroll in kindergarten.
Students must be 6 years of age on or before September 1 to enroll in first grade.

2023-2024 WES Registration plans for K - 5th grade - Please complete April/May 2023
This form is for ALL students who currently attend or plan on attending WES next school year.
Registration Planning Form
We are working to determine the number of students who will enroll in each grade level next year (K-5th). This will help us to account for staffing needs. Please help by indicating your intentions for next year.
The Childhood Development program (CD/4K) registration is a separate process. Please visit www.ccsdschools.com to apply for the CD program for WES.
The platform for the online registration system will open the last week in April. For those new to our school, you will be able to fully register and upload the necessary documents at that time.Parents of returning students: You must re-register your student for the upcoming school year in your parent portal (links are above in registration information). If you have not created your parent portal, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the necessary information to create your account.
