The Network Operations Department consists of a group of individuals committed to ensuring that all district and school-based systems, both on premise and cloud-based remain operational 24/7 for students and staff.
The team is responsible for internet access, operation of the district data center, wi-fi access, public address systems, phone systems, surveillance and access control systems, file servers, digital marquis, digital signage, and medical devices for special needs students.
Cybersecurity
The Cybersecurity team is responsible for the design, maintenance and monitoring of all security related hardware and software to protect the district from threat actors as well as data loss. Frequent testing by outside agencies ensures that the district is following best business practices for cybersecurity policies and procedures.
