Enterprise Resource Planning

The ERP Program team provides support, management and oversight of CCSD’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which enables core district functions including Budgeting, Procurement, Capital Projects, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Capital Projects, HR and Payroll. The team assists users in executing their daily processes, troubleshooting issues when they arise. In addition, they maintain ERP access control in accordance with district policies and best practices, monitor system performance in order to guarantee 24/7 uptime, and perform maintenance and upgrades, testing and implementing new functionality as it becomes available and useful.

Software Development

The Dev team manages processes and systems adjacent to and dependent on ERP data and the data of other key systems. They review and advise departments on the requirements for and acquisition of new software, and they design, develop and build custom software, reports and interfaces to allow employees to more easily interact with this data and to more quickly move data between ERP and those other key systems. All of the team’s efforts are directed at improving user interactions, and refining and improving processes.

Automation & Process Improvement

Business Intelligence team members are obsessed with Automation & Process Improvement. They get excited by the opportunity to make the jobs of district employees easier. They understand these efforts increase productivity and employee efficiency, reduce costs, increase standardization, reduce errors and rework, and simplify compliance and improve safety. All their efforts are designed to help their colleagues execute the district’s mission of supporting teachers and kids more quickly and efficiently.
