Financial Operations - Call Center

The goal of the NEW Financial Operations Call Center is to streamline technical support and provide training to ensure that there are no barriers to workflows.

The Call Center team of six financial analysts serves all schools and departments. The team responds to calls from any CCSD staff including bookkeepers and technicians. Personalized and comprehensive assistance supports the day-to-day financial operations of our schools and district.
