Strategy, Partnerships, and Planning

The Office of Strategy, Partnerships, and Planning provides executive assistance to the Superintendent, including strategic oversight of the Office of the Superintendent and systems-level support to the Board of Trustees.

Other services provided include:

• Execute strategic projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain effective systems to ensure compliance with all FOIA laws
• Liaison between the superintendent’s office and private and public initiatives to support the community's needs
• Facilitate strategic engagements and regular roundtable events
• Children in Crisis - Assists CCSD families in times of hardship and crisis
