Phase III (2010-2016) Building Programs

The Phase III Building Program projects were approved in 2010 and are funded with sales tax proceeds collected from January 2010 through December 2016. The projects below are short annotations of the building program as approved by the voters of Charleston and the Board of Trustees in each geographical region.

• James Island: Harbor View ES, James Island Charter Performing Arts Additions, Murray-LaSaine Montessori Renovation
• North Charleston: North Charleston Creative Arts ES, Chicora ES, Pinehurst ES Additions, CCSD Emergency Operations
• Johns Island: Angel Oak ES Renovations and Addition
