One Cent Sales Tax
The Phase VI One Cent Sales Tax Program (2029-2034) work began with the Charleston County School District Leaders, with sessions held at district-wide leadership meetings. The Capital Programs team started by organizing and planning meetings for both the Constituent Boards and the community in each geographical region. A calendar of the meetings was published and shared on the Charleston County School District website and the Capital Program’s page well in advance of the first meetings.

Phase III
The Phase III Building Program projects were approved in 2010 and are funded with sales tax proceeds collected from January 2010 through December 2016.
Phase IV
The Phase IV Building Program projects were approved in 2016 and are funded with sales tax proceeds collected from January 2017 through December 2022.
