Overview
The Financial Projects team supports schools and departments by aligning budgets and staffing so resources are planned, tracked, and used effectively. Our work focuses on three key areas:
- Weighted Student Funding (WSF)
- Staff Allocations
- Grant Support
We provide clear guidance, consistent processes, and timely support across these areas. This helps schools plan confidently, stay organized, and keep staffing and budgets aligned throughout the year.
What We Do
Weighted Student Funding
We support school-level WSF budgeting by helping ensure budgets align with approved strategies, plan requirements, and available funding.
Staff Allocations
We support schools in understanding staffing structures, how allocations impact their resources, and how staffing changes connect to funding.
Grant Support
We provide pre-award support for grant applications, including review, coordination, and required routing for signatures from authorized officials.
