Welcome to CCSD's Division of Financial Services!

Financial Services is responsible for maintaining the fiscal accountability of the school district including the oversight and reporting of all financial activity under direction of the Chief Financial Officer.  Departments within this division include:  

Our Work

  • financial matters of each central office, department and school including budgeting, payroll, procurement, accounts payable and receivable
  • the financial monitoring of each office
  • revenue and expenditures of the General Operating, Special Revenue and Capital construction Funds
  • bidding, soliciting, and contracting for goods and services as well as capital construction
  • review, submission, and monitoring of competitive grants
  • provision of all IT services for schools, district offices, and departments, inclusive of device management and support
  • administration of all insurance policies and workers compensation
