Budgeting

The Budget Department monitors the budgets of the General Operating Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Education Improvement Act (EIA) Funds, Debt Service Fund, and Capital Building Fund. 

The department works with District staff to complete grant applications, monitor budgets, report activity to appropriate funding agencies and complete audit work for each received by CCSD.
