Kaleidoscope Registration and Fees

Welcome to the Kaleidoscope Program! 

The Office of Expanded Learning is excited to welcome your family to the Kaleidoscope
program. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your child’s educational journey.
Our program offers a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can participate
in activities that promote intellectual, physical, and social growth. We are committed to
partnering with both students and families to help ensure each child’s success and well-being.

We’re excited to share that registration for the 2026-2027 Kaleidoscope Afterschool Program will open on April 15 at 8:00 AM.

Please review the important information below to help you prepare:

• Current Kaleidoscope Families:
  All accounts must have a zero balance in order to register.
• Login Information:
  Please ensure you know your Parent Portal username and password prior to April 15 to avoid any delays.
• Required Documents:
  You will not be required to upload any additional documents during registration.

What to Expect After You Register:

1. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been received.
   Please note: This does not confirm enrollment.
2. Your Site Coordinator will review your application to ensure all information is complete.
3. Once approved, you will receive a second email confirming your child’s enrollment in the program.
   This is the official confirmation that your child has secured a spot.
