Applying does not guarantee admission to the CCSD virtual program. CCSD staff will thoroughly
review each application.
A parent or guardian of the student must complete the application form.
Please complete a separate application for each student you want to be considered for the program.
Students must be enrolled in a CCSD school and must maintain CCSD residency/enrollment status throughout the 2026-27 school term.
Parents must commit to having their student(s) remain in the program for the 2026-27 academic school year.
Parents of students enrolled in a charter or CCSD School Choice school must register their children in the student's zoned home school, as the principal will offer vacated seats to waitlisted students.
