Mia Riddle is a veteran literacy leader and current Director of Student Support Services with expertise in MTSS, instructional coaching, and data-driven intervention. With over two decades in education—including roles as a CCSD literacy coach, reading interventionist, and teacher—she has led district-wide literacy initiatives, implemented LETRS and CKLA, and coached educators to improve instruction for diverse learners.

Dr. Patty Tate is an award-winning educator and current instructional coach at Lucy Beckham High School, with extensive experience in English instruction and educational leadership. A former South Carolina Teacher of the Year and National Board Certified teacher, she has served in multiple district and state-level leadership roles, authored curriculum, and delivered impactful professional development across the state.

Dr. Felicia White is a literacy leader with experience in curriculum development, structured literacy, and instructional coaching. With more than 15 years in education—including roles as a district ELA curriculum consultant, literacy coach, and classroom teacher—she has led districtwide literacy initiatives, designed standards-aligned curriculum and assessments, and partnered with school-based instructional leadership teams to strengthen Tier 1 instruction through coaching, data analysis, and intentional planning. She is passionate about building educator capacity to improve literacy outcomes for all students.

Sarah Helms brings experience as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and MTSS Coordinator, with a passion for supporting high-quality literacy instruction and improving outcomes for all students. Sarah holds a master's degree in Literacy and Response to Intervention, as well as a certification in Educational Leadership. She is committed to partnering with teachers, school leaders, and district teams to strengthen English Language Arts instruction, build instructional capacity, and ensure every student has access to engaging, equitable learning opportunities.

Rosalind Stever is an experienced middle school ELA educator who is passionate about helping teachers strengthen instruction and improve student outcomes. Before joining Charleston County School District, she taught in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and with Uncommon Schools in Rochester, New York. Throughout her career, she has served as an ELA department chair, mentor teacher, and leader of schoolwide curriculum and instructional initiatives. Rosalind enjoys designing and facilitating professional learning and partnering with teachers to provide data-driven instructional support through PD and PLCs.
