Mission:

Nutrition Services strives to ensure every child leaves our cafeteria happier than when they came in.

Nutrition Services will be using Linq Connect process free and reduced meal applications. Simply log in at LINQConnect.com or download the  app from Google Play or Apple Play. The portal includes new features and a fresh look you'll love. Starting July 1, 2025, families will be able to complete free and reduced-priced meals applications and make payments to their students' accounts on this website.

Lunch Prices

Breakfast and lunch prices for students will be as follows for the 2025-2026 school year

Breakfast Prices

  • Full Price Student $1.50

  • Reduced Price Student $0.30

Lunch Prices

  • Full Price Student $2.75

  • Reduced Price Student $0.40

We are pleased to announce that the reduced payment for school meals will now be covered by the state,  rather than by families.

How to see if a student(s) will qualify:

  • Paper applications can be obtained online at www.ccsdschoolmeals.com or at each school.
  • Complete an application online at www.linqconnect.com
  • Once your application is received by Nutrition Services, it may take 10 days to process the application. (Online applications are processed more quickly)

If a child attends a Charleston County CEP school, parents will not need to complete a free/reduced application. All students at schools designated as a CEP school receive meals at no cost.

CEP Application

Families completing a free/reduced meal application for a child attending a non-CEP school and a CEP School will need to include information on their children attending the CEP school on the application as a family member if this applies.

All families at NON-CEP schools must complete a new Free and Reduced Meals Application to determine if your student qualifies for these benefits. Please note that all children starting kindergarten are considered full pay.

The Charleston County School District Nutrition Services is here to assist all families during this transition. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please call 843-746-1375.
