Our Services

The Programming Office handles a variety of different areas within the Facilities Management Department.  We focus on and can answer questions in regards to the following:

• Work order processing*

• Resource Allocation Requests (RAR)*

• Asset Essentials (Brightly)

• District's facility information

• Facilities management document library and drawings (Aerie Hub)

The Programming Office also maintains the financing of:

• Capital Maintenance and Fixed Cost of Ownership Programs

• Donation-funded facility improvement projects
