CCPL and Limitless Learning

These program selections will not take effect until August 11, 2026.
Families may choose to enroll in the Limitless Learning (L²) program through a partnership with Charleston County Public Library. Students receive free access to physical library materials based on grade level, and families of students in grades 6–12 may opt in to additional digital, research, and expanded borrowing access.
If you opt out of the L² program, your child will not be able to check out materials through this program at CCPL branches. Opting out does not affect your child’s school instruction or school library services.
Families who opt out of L² may instead choose to sign up for a separate CCPL Youth Card, which offers limited or restricted access and requires a visit to a CCPL branch.
Visit www.ccpl.org for more information about programs and services for the entire family.
