Our Services

Welcome to Human Resources Operations and Business Services, a department within the Human Resources Division!

Our services include:

  • Benefits and Leave: The Benefits and Leave team manages all employee insurance benefits to include health, dental, vision, and life; employee retirement, Family Medical Leave, leave accruals (sick, vacation, personal business) and other types of leave. Our team also manages requests for ADA accommondations and the Employee Assistance Program.
     
  • Business Services: The Business Services team manages HRIS (Applicant tracking/Frontline, DocuSign,etc) , Employee Records Management (DocuWare), Employment Verifications,  Unemployment, DHS Compliance, the hiring of all temporary employees, and general HR Compliance. 
     
  • Personnel Management:  The Personnel Management team is responsible for posting all positions for teachers, classified, and administrative staff. The team processes all documents (onboarding forms for new hires, employee transfers, changes and terminations). They are the hub of where everything occurs from the point of hiring to separation of employment.
