Transparency Reporting

CCSD is proud to be a part of the State of South Carolina’s spending transparency initiative. The goal of transparency is to shine a light on spending, thus improving the quality of government and giving taxpayers click-of-a-mouse access to details about how their money is spent. You may access our Transparency Portal as well as review the Spending Reports below.

With respect to Spending Reports, transactions over $100 will be posted on a monthly basis and will be available on the website for a period of 5 years. Questions regarding transactions should be directed to the Office of Communications at (843) 937-6303.

Additionally, CCSD has various interactive dashboards within the Transparency Portal available to the public to gain information and learn about all the ways public funding is utilized to benefit students in Charleston County School District.
