Financial Operations

The goal of the Financial Operations Call Center is to streamline technical support and provide training to ensure that there are no barriers to workflows.

The Call Center team of six financial analysts serves all schools and departments. The team responds to calls from any CCSD staff including bookkeepers and technicians where they identify, develop and implement effective financial operations to support schools/departments. Personalized and comprehensive assistance supports the day-to-day financial operations of our schools and district.

Furthermore, Financial Operations oversees the Internal Auditing function of the District to ensure financial accountability.
