She has led districtwide curriculum, professional development, and school improvement initiatives, and currently supports school accountability and continuous improvement in Berkeley County Schools.

Tayler McCormack is a skilled instructional leader with expertise in elementary ELA curriculum, data-driven instruction, and teacher coaching. As a Literacy Coach at North Charleston Elementary, she has led PLCs, implemented standards-based tracking systems, and designed a master schedule that supports targeted interventions and instructional improvement.

Caley Jones is a district instructional specialist who supports schools through leadership coaching, data analysis, and implementation of personalized and standards-based learning. With prior experience as a transformation coach and classroom teacher, she drives instructional improvement by aligning coaching, curriculum, and strategic planning to improve student achievement across Charleston County’s Acceleration Schools.

Dana Sullivan is a veteran educator and district instructional specialist with 20 years of experience in elementary ELA, curriculum implementation, and instructional coaching. She has led districtwide professional development, supported curriculum alignment, facilitated data-driven PLCs, and developed targeted interventions to improve student outcomes in Charleston County School District.

Mia Riddle is a veteran literacy leader and current Director of Student Support Services with expertise in MTSS, instructional coaching, and data-driven intervention. With over two decades in education—including roles as a CCSD literacy coach, reading interventionist, and teacher—she has led district-wide literacy initiatives, implemented LETRS and CKLA, and coached educators to improve instruction for diverse learners.

Erin Wall is a seasoned instructional leader and ELA coach who has significantly raised student achievement at Laing Middle School through strategic curriculum implementation, teacher coaching, and data-informed decision-making. With experience as a lead teacher, literacy coach, and department chair, she excels in professional development, standards alignment, and creating inclusive instructional practices.
 

Kate Lavenque

Kate Leveque is a veteran literacy leader and intervention specialist in Charleston County School District, with deep expertise in MTSS, the science of reading, and instructional coaching. She has led districtwide training for over 100 literacy interventionists, aligned K–12 intervention programs with core curriculum, and designed professional development to drive literacy growth and equity across all student populations.

Dr. Patty Tate is an award-winning educator and current instructional coach at Lucy Beckham High School, with extensive experience in English instruction and educational leadership. A former South Carolina Teacher of the Year and National Board Certified teacher, she has served in multiple district and state-level leadership roles, authored curriculum, and delivered impactful professional development across the state.
