Charleston County School District is proud to introduce Battle of the Ballroom, an exciting new fundraising event that brings together community leaders, business partners, educators, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of entertainment, competition, and impact. Inspired by the excitement of nationally televised ballroom dance competitions, Battle of the Ballroom will feature local celebrities and community personalities paired with dance professionals as they compete for the coveted championship title.

Guests will enjoy a spectacular evening filled with music, dancing, celebration, and community spirit in the heart of downtown Charleston. Proceeds from Battle of the Ballroom will benefit the CCSD Academic Project Fund, which supports innovative initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning across Charleston County School District. Funds raised will help advance priorities, including Universal Pre-K initiatives, educator professional development opportunities, and instructional programs designed to elevate achievement and success for every student in every classroom.
