We are delighted to announce this year’s plans for our 9th annual event, An Evening with the Stars presents Storybook Soirée, Charleston County School District’s (CCSD) annual gala and silent auction. Our classic children’s storybook-inspired celebration will begin at 7:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Charleston Marriott on Lockwood Boulevard.This beloved tradition is the district’s signature event to recognize outstanding educators. This year’s event will increase awareness of public education through community partnerships, recognize the accomplishments of outstanding teachers and administrators who are raising the achievement of all students, and help fund our annual summer Charleston Educator Symposium for CCSD principals and teachers. The Symposium is a premier three-day learning event designed to elevate instruction and achievement in every classroom across CCSD.
