5:30 PM – Gates Open
- Food Trucks, Exhibitors & Student Entertainment begin in the pre-function area outside the stadium
7:00 PM – Main Stage Entertainment Begins; Marching Band Showcase at approximately 7:30 PM.
8:15 PM – Ranky Tanky Performs
9:15 PM (approx.) – Event Concludes

Wristbands are required for entry. If a wristband is lost or forgotten, employees will need to show their CCSD ID Badge at Will Call to receive a new wristband.
This is a CCSD Staff event. All wristbands have been distributed to schools/departments.
No extra wristbands will be available at the gate.
If a staff member is not attending, they may give their wristband to a co-worker who can then bring a guest.
While originally an adults-only event, if a co-worker’s unused wristband is used for a child(ren), they will be allowed entry.

Carpooling is encouraged.
Plentiful walking-distance parking is available around Daniel Island.
Free shuttles will run from designated remote parking lots – follow signage and the Parking/Shuttles map.
- ❗ Note: Lot 3 is reserved for handicap parking only.

Seating is first-come, first-served within your assigned LEVEL based on wristband color.
Wristband Color Key:
- 🟡 Yellow – Floor Level
- 🟩 Green – 100s Sections
- 🔶 Orange – 200s Sections
- 💙 Blue – 300s Sections (Top Level)

Credit One Concessions will be open and Food Trucks will be available on-site.
Bottled water is FREE for all guests, provided by Credit One. All other beverages must be purchased.
This is an alcohol-free event. No alcohol will be sold or permitted.
Credit One Stadium is cashless. Credit/debit cards and mobile payments only.

Show off your school pride with spirit wear, signage, or cheers!
One winning elementary, middle, and high school will be selected and announced on stage.
Winners receive a fun prize and bragging rights for the year!

The event is rain or shine.
In the event of lightning or severe weather, Credit One Stadium safety protocols will be followed.
