Our Work
The Office of Strategy, Partnerships, and Planning provides executive assistance to the Superintendent, including strategic oversight of the Office of the Superintendent and systems-level support to the Board of Trustees.
Other services provided include:
- Execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective systems to ensure compliance with all FOIA laws;
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure that the role of Constituent Board members as important stakeholders is maximized.
- Liaison between the superintendent’s office and private and public initiatives to support the community's needs.
- Facilitate strategic engagements and regular roundtable events.
