Hallie Outlaw, Instructional Coach

Hallie Outlaw has 18 years of experience working in the Charleston County School District. She started teaching at Sullivan's Island Elementary in 2007. Before becoming an instructional coach, she taught as a Preschool Special Education teacher, a Child Development teacher, a first-grade teacher, a virtual fourth-grade teacher, and a part-time reading interventionist. She received her bachelor's degree in the field of Early Childhood Education and her master's degree in the field of Teaching, Learning, and Advocacy both from the College of Charleston.
