Overview
-
Since June 2021, numerous community-based organizations have reached out to CCSD with recommendations for programs to be funded under the American Rescue Plan (ESSER III) program. Most of the recommendations were submitted to CCSD through an online portal where interested organizations described their programs and intended outcomes of a CCSD partnership for addressing learning loss due to COVID-19. The proposals have been reviewed by an ad-hoc committee appointed by the Board and by a CCSD staff member. The proposals vary in format as some were submitted using a CCSD-provided template and others submitted proposals in an original design. The links below provide access to each of the proposals as submitted by the CBO as well as a two-page summary of each proposal prepared by CCSD staff.
