    Great Troubleshooting Steps:




    • Restart your Device
      On a Chromebook, log out and shut down device.
      On an iPad - do a hard reset....hold down the power button and the 'home' button at the same time until you see the apple logo appear. Release.
    • Make sure you do not have a lot of other tabs or apps open - Not streaming Music or video on other apps or tabs
    • Reset your wireless home router. Simply unplug from power, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and restablish your wifi connection
    • Make sure you have the latest and greatest Chrome Browser version...Go to the 3 dots in the upper right of your screen and click 'HELP' and 'ABOUT GOOGLE CHROME', Check for updates
    • Close Zoom and rejoin the meeting.
    • Restart the device and then rejoin the Zoom meeting.
    • Hold down the up arrow and power button together to turn off the device. Turn the device back on and rejoin the Zoom meeting.
