Where is the Clinic located?
The Clinic is located on the main hallway next to the School Counseling Office.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my child's medication or some other health related issue?
Please call the Clinic at (843) 573-1201 ext. 6530732 or 6530733 to speak with one of our nurses.

I filled out an emergency card last year. Can that form be used again?
No. A new emergency card must be completed at the start of each school year.

Can my child carry medication in his/her bookbag?
Only if the child has a medication order in the clinic, signed by a physician and parent, stating the medication can be carried by the student.

My child has a medication order signed by their physician from last year. Will that suffice for a new school year?
No. A new medication order must be signed by the physician AND parent at the start of each school year.
