Advanced Studies Magnet at Haut Gap Middle School
Admissions Screening Procedures
Beginning in 2020-21, students who apply to Haut Gap from D3 (based on available seats) and those zoned students in D9 will be selected for Haut Gap’s Advanced Studies Magnet based on the same criteria used for selecting scholars for Honors placement in all CCSD Middle School Learning Community. *Only MAP scores from in-person winter MAP test administration in the 8th-grade year are considered.
Students from D9 would not need to apply to Haut Gap because they should automatically be evaluated for placement based on past performance.
