    Charleston County School District is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment
    for all. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our facilities, and
    that requires full cooperation among staff, program participants, and visitors. Only through
    this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of our staff,
    participants, renters, and facility users.

    In all instances, we will follow S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control’s (DHEC)
    guidance for schools on COVID-19. Our protocols may change as guidance changes. In the event
    of such, you will be notified.  Failure to adhere to CCSD guidelines will result in loss of facility use

    Our plan addresses the following:

    • Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette
    • Social Distancing
    • Cleaning, Disinfection, and Decontamination
    • Personal Equipment
    • Food and Drink
    • Screening Procedures
    • Communications and Training for Staff and Participants

    All users are required to complete and submit the following 10 days prior to the event.
