At Morningside, we have 2 nurses on staff. Our full-time Nurse is Nurse Mack and our part-time Nurse is Nurse Warren.
Please Note: The clinic is for the use of students and staff. An RN should be in the clinic Monday through Friday.
Please notify the Nurse with any student health concerns. Remember, all health information is confidential.
Please return all Emergency Health cards immediately. The Nurse cannot treat your scholar without this form.
Scholars are not allowed to attend field trips without an emergency card on file.
No medications are to be sent to school with a student (including over the counter medications) Please visit the clinic and sign over any medication as well as doctor order forms.
All medication should be picked up by Monday June 5, 2023. Any medication not picked up will be disposed of unless other arrangements have been made prior to that date. Clinic Info (Spanish)
