  • Building Information

  • NCCAE North Charleston Creative Arts was a phased project to replace the aging Bonds Wilson Campus. Located in the heart of North Charleston, the school was designed to support an art-infused partial magnet school offering visual and performing arts curriculum. The 84,000 sf facility was designed to accommodate 600 students in grades Pre-K through Fifth. The state-of-the-art school houses typical classrooms, a Media Center, Cafeteria, Multipurpose Room, Computer Labs and Project Labs. The school has a designated arts wing containing rooms for art, drama, instrumental music, chorus and a dance studio. The design of the facility includes a centrally located art gallery that is used to exhibit student work.
