Exceptional Children Parent Advisory Council

The Exceptional Children Parent Advisory Council (Charleston-ECPAC) is a positive, solution-oriented parent advisory council that advocates for ALL students receiving special education services within Charleston County School District. The ECPAC focuses on collaboratively working with school and district officials towards the continuous improvement of the implementation of services for students with disabilities.
Our three main goals are:- Awareness
- Information
- Encouragement.
We strive to include members from all learning areas, grade levels, geographic locations within Charleston County, and eligibility categories.
