Below please find the required attendance / early dismissal form as well as the CCSD Attendance Policy.  

• Note that attendance is taken each period. If your child is late and misses homeroom, they are absent for homeroom, if they leave early and miss 8th period, they are absent for that class. 
• Absence calls are automated and may be received even if your child is tardy.
• While generally processed the same day, excuses may not get into the system immediately. In certain circumstances, it may take up to 48 hours for an excuse to be processed.
