About Us
The mission of the Grants Office is to support the district’s strategic plan, pillars, and goals by maximizing resources available in order to improve educational opportunities.
The Grants Office facilitates the development of all competitive grants (federal, state, corporate, foundation) across the district.

Expert assistance is provided to find grant opportunities; strategically review grant criteria; communicate with funders; identify statistics and data for grant applications; develop grant budgets; formulate grant goals & objectives; review and edit grant applications; compile required documents; and, obtain authorized signatures.
The Grants Officer also works in collaboration with Accounting, Budgeting, Procurement, HR, and Assessment & Evaluation to provide technical assistance to project managers for the life of their grants.
Grant Partnerships
The Grants Officer is your liaison when an outside organization is applying for a grant. The Grants Officer assists with letters of support, data, or information for a partner's grant application. As soon as you hear that an outside organization is thinking about applying for a grant that will benefit CCSD students or staff, inform the Grants Officer.
